Font and thread color wrong. Shipping is very long. No reponse back from shop to fix the issue. Very disappointed in customer service. Do not recommend. Sent multiple messages asking for replacement or refund. No response. Bad experience. Color thread used you can’t even see it. I didn’t ask for this font or color. I asked for pink. It’s very hard to see initials. Any darker color would have been fine
