Horrible. Customer service is even worse. Time to be received was 4.18 - 4.22, sent message in 4.18 asking when the anticipated shipping date was in hopes to use these placemats for a dinner party. Sent a follow up email over 24 hours. Didn’t receive response until 4 days AFTER my initial email. Seller responded “you should receive it today.” LIES it dropped off to USPS until 4.22 and was still in her state of Georgia when she responded. I responded back with a photo of the tracking and said “hat are you viewing saying it will arrive today because according to the tracking info it’s still at your local post office.” CRICKETS. Would Much rather the seller own up to the fact that they were late and apologized then evidential proof showing her obvious lies.
