I bought this as a gift and the recipient has said it’s a lovely item. However, the gift arrived two weeks later than expected. After looking at other reviews, there appears to be a pattern: seller creates a USPS shipping label which triggers the tracking info. Package is not provided to USPS for several days (in my case two weeks). Delays appear to be placed on USPS. When I reached out via a help request, I did not receive timely responses nor did it seem the seller was concerned about resolving things quickly. For the seller: your shop policies do say you have 1-2 weeks processing time. I would suggest NOT making the USPS shipping labels until the end of the processing time, as that’s what customers then use to track shipping…not track that a label has been made and hasn’t actually been shipped.
