The item was as described and perfect for my gift bags… HOWEVER, the shipping was delayed and the order was only partially fulfilled. I received 20 instead of 50. The seller, while nice in our exchanges, has a good very poor shipping and delivery process. I should have paid better attention to the reviews, this seems to be common.
